St James churchyard (SJC) site leads me to become a nature observer

St James churchyard (SJC) site where I found part of the park is neglected, by the original usage, (shown in dotted line )

What interest me in this location is how the fence separated two areas and to me it immediately becomes a forgotten space where  pedestrian don't get notice of the trees. By this means I wanted to design a Pavilion / observatory to the nature or I would say it  would be functions like a memorial of the forgotten nature where this neglected  pieces of land and dead pigeons are found.

While you hear the surroundings noise in this area (scrolled down to the archive named Surroundings) You will discovered that it is a mixture sound of the Machine noise from warehouse, Bird Singing, Train passing by. This is right what I want my design to be, the surroundings itself is the performance. It also interest me on the mixture of sound found here in this area. By then this leads me to think how it can be used to observe the visual and the noise. Would be possible to split the noise in to two different space allocated from where it is.
